The available bedroom has two south-facing windows which bathe the room with sunlight for most of the day. It also has a beautiful non-working fireplace and a small built-in closet. You can expect to easily fit a queen-sized bed and a desk/chair if you plan to work from home. Please note the room itself is carpeted and that cannot be altered. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a charming walkup. The bathroom is shared and includes a standard bathtub with a shower. The apartment has great high ceilings and encompasses the entire floor. Please see floor plan for all approximate dimensions.

Utilities are internet, gas, and electricity. (On average about $60 per month total.) Heat is included with the rent. There are no laundry facilities in the building, but there are several self-serve and drop-off options in the neighborhood.

Although this is technically a 3 bedroom apartment, only 1 room is for rent. NOTE: The 3rd bedroom can be used as your own "home office" but we would have to discuss the rent proportion because I had wanted to turn that into a dining area/workspace. The photo of the "home office" is from an upper floor because on our floor the room does not have a closet.
