I LOVE THIS BUILDING and would have definitely stayed here, renewing my lease for multiple years if it wasn't for an unforeseen personal reason and situation that I will no longer be living in NYC. I have lived in NYC for over 10 years and this is by far the best resident experience I've ever had, and I am sad to leave this unit and building. The actual unit itself is warm, cozy and provides a safe sanctuary in NYC. The building staff is one of the best parts of the building - the lobby attendants are very welcoming, friendly and helpful, and service from porters and/or maintenance is always available same day or within 24 hours. They truly are top notch and what is expected in a luxury building. The unit is a corner unit, very quiet and neighbors are quiet and respectful. My desk faces the window, so it is the perfect work-from-home setup!

1 MONTH CONCESSION in 6 month lease assignment ($3.49K is NET effective) and dropped price even further from original lease on top of free month! This may change if assignee decides to extend and/or sign a 1 or 2 year lease with landlord.
