we are looking for someone to sublease our furnished 1-bed apartment at 555-ten. We are flexible with the move-in date but the move out dat has to be between 04/10 - 04/16.

Flat is furnished so ideal for someone in between homes.

Huge amount of storage space (3 large inbuild closets and 1 walk-in closet)

The building has a 24/7 doorman, in-house dry-cleaning and flat cleaning service, luxury fittings throughout, state of the art amenities (2x pools, 2 gyms, yoga study etc.) as well as a rooftop terrace and pool on the 59th floor with unobstructed 360 degree views of the NYC skyline. There is a dog walk, bowling alley, and a number of other amenities for residents, dogs or kids.

Rent is inclusive of utilities, basic amenities and wifi.

The gross rent on the apartment is $5,100 plus utilities. We (as the tenants) offer the apartment at an all-inclusive rent of $3,300

Landlord is likely to consider a 12 month lease. This would be subject to negotiations between the new tenant and landlord.

Price is for unfurnished rental but we can also make it available furnished for a small additional fee (to be negotiated)
