I was the only person to ever rent this apartment since the building opened three years ago. The studio is in immaculate shape. It's furnished in a Scandinavian-minimalist style. Queen bed, 3-person couch, dining table with 2 chairs, wall-mounted TV.
The building has a large and modern lobby, a very good gym with Technogym and Peloton equipment on the 28th floor (open during Covid), and wonderful staff.
I truly enjoyed my time in this building, and I'm sure you will, too.
