Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment on the Upper East Side! I have lived in this place for 8 years and I love it and am so sad to be leaving. The apartment can come furnished or unfurnished, no extra fee. Right across the street from Lennox Hill Hospital, the fastest commute you could hope for!

Both rooms have a window and can fit a full size bed and dresser. The apartment has a spacious living room with plenty of space for a work from home set up and a kitchen with a new dishwasher. We are on the second floor of a 5 story elevator building with a live-in super who is very responsive and keeps everything in tip-top shape. The apartment faces the shaft of the building so there is ZERO street noise and all of the neighbors are super quiet and considerate.

Incredible location for the price - 76th and 3rd, right between the 77th St 6 train and the 72nd Q train. A few blocks away from all the greatest things NYC has to offer - Museum Mile, Central Park, East River park, great for lots of peaceful walks. I love this neighborhood, it's quiet enough to feel homey but still central to everything in Manhattan!

I am looking for someone to take over my lease starting February 1st with the option to renew in May. Start date can be flexible!
