We have lived in this apartment for 3 years and absolutely love it and are really sad to be leaving New York. This apartment is a steal!! In a really incredible neighborhood close to Maria Hernandez Park and many amazing restaurants and bars (Le garage, Mominette, Mood Ring, Sea Wolf, etc.). The patio is perfect for hosting diner parties and one of the largest balconies I have EVER seen in NYC.

We have had some of the best times of our lives in this apartment and the large balcony, loads of natural light, gym, rec room, and rooftop legit saved us during quarantine. We hope you love this place as much as we loved it.
