In your living space you have a full-sized wood futon + 10-inch mattress, a closet + storage shelves, a small foldable eating/work table and two chairs, a rolling storage cart/end table with a table lamp and a small wicker storage cabinet. 100% cotton sheets, blankets, pillows, pillowcases are provided. A TV will be installed. There is a large storage space over the bathroom.The bathroom is recently renovated. Ceramic tile floors and shower (no tub), river stone shower floor, sliding-glass shower doors, all wood cabinets with plenty of cabinet and drawer space, and a marble countertop. A private hot water heater means you will always have all the hot water you need and a private washing machine means no trips to the laundromat. There is a shared dryer in the entry hallway (shared with maximum 2 other apartments, maximum 3 other people). In the shared entry hall all cleaning supplies are provided: vacuum, mop, broom, etc.

The private terrace has a small bbq and table. It faces south for super sun and it faces the back for quiet, trees, birds (we have a resident flame red cardinal in the yard).There is a small, shared front garden. You can walk to all in cool South Slope. 5-min walk to the subway (Prospect Ave stop) to Manhattan.
