This is a very large (about 800 square feet) one bedroom apartment on the corner of Columbus Avenue and 83rd Street, one block from Central Park. There's exposed brick throughout, and an extra room in the front that makes a great office or dining room.

I, the tenant, am moving into another apartment in Philadelphia. I could leave any furniture you'd like, or completely empty the place out before move-in. This is completely up to you. Please let me know if you'd like to come see the place; I'm available all the time.

The landlord is also open to a lease assignment. Whatever you prefer. The price for a submitter would be $1,900 per month; price for lease assignment is $2,100.

Incentives

I will pay the first month of your lease (February) if you agree to sublet by the end of January. I'll be out February 1.
