This is an amazing 468 sq ft studio in a luxury building in Long Island City. The location is superb: close to E,G,N,Q,R,7 trains. There is a supermarket in the same building.
The gym is super nice. My favorite feature is that it has Peloton Bikes. The doormen are super nice. The best part of all are the views of Manhattan skyline, the sunset and even the sunrise that gets reflected on the Manhattan buildings.
Excellent closet space and kitchen appliances.
I have been living here for 7 years and I really do not want to leave. I love ti and have it in very good condition.
Incentives
annual rent increases have been very small.
You can start the lease on May 1st if you want, you just need to get approved by March 31st.
There is a $1,000 fee to cover with Rockrose that I will cover if you get approved. The real rent is $2,280 but I you get approved I will give you a check for the difference to make effective rent as published.
