Hi all! I am moving out of my 1.5 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in the East Village, and am hoping to find someone to take over the lease until July 31 or to sign a new 12 month lease with the landlord. Current rent is $3,595, which is already a steal for this building and location, but reduced until the end of July. Landlord is also willing to lower the price if someone signs a one year lease. - Located at the corner of 7th Street and Avenue A, which is my favorite block in the city. Right next door to Miss Lily’s and across the street from Niagara and Blink Fitness.

- In a condo building with only 11 units - 2 per floor. This is a rear unit, so it does not get any noise from the street even though there are a lot of shops/restaurants/bars in the area

- 1.5 bedrooms (one does not have a window so cannot technically be a bedroom - I use it as an office and have space for a pull out couch and TV/storage)
