The room is in a large 1 bedroom flex apartment that has been converted into 2 bedrooms. There is 1 roommate, female, shared bathroom and shared kitchen. This is for a 6 month sublet starting April 1st or can be available for March move in through till September. Rent is $970/month plus electricity spilt 50/50 between you and your roommate (usually $10-$15 extra/month in the winter and about $50 during peak summer months). Water, heat, gas, and wifi/cable all included in rent. The apartment feels very spacious, as does the bedroom.
