Both have two tall windows that look out onto your own private roof deck that's bigger than the whole apartment. The living room is bigger than average, too-- no need to choose between a sofa and a dining table. It used to be a rehearsal space and you can keep the soundproofing panels up if you'd like to use the space for a similar purpose. Music-friendly building; your neighbors are mostly creative types, including a few bands. In addition to the private roof deck, the main roof is open to everyone and it's a great way to meet your neighbors for a socially distanced hang.
