Reduced rent - the original rent is much higher. Very close to Manhattan, Hoboken neighborhoods.
The apartment is a corner apartment so it gets lots of natural light, there is cross ventilation and it doesn't get very hot in summer.
A lot of the furniture in the pictures are available for use within the apartment. I would only need them after the lease ends in September.
