I love this apartment and you will to, but I’m taking my talents to a beach abroad. But here’s my favorite things about the unit and tall the furnishings I’m leaving for you:

This is an elevator building with attended front desk and full service laundry onsite. This HUGE and true 1 bedroom apartment features an updated kitchen and tile bathroom, recently installed hardwood flooring, and grand windows that face a spectacular sunrise most mornings. But what really sold me was the incredible view overlooking the Manhattan skyline.

I’ve included the pictured art deco Tov velvet couch, Bauhaus beige chair, canopy bed, living room lamp, bedroom lamp , cowhide rug, large & easy to care for succulents, extra chairs, flatscreen and a whole lot of art!

This apartment is completely move in ready: bedding, tableware, cleaning supplies, everything’s already in the space. I’m looking for subletter ASAP so security deposit amount is negotiable for serious subletters.

Sublease contract
Proof of employment or a photo of your Credit Karma scores
Proof of income

I’m open to month to month renting or from now until the end of my lease on July 31st. You’ll send me the monthly rent and I’ll pay it to my landlord.
