The building is quiet, I never her my neighbors when inside the unit. Dog and cat friendly. I have a parking spot in the basement that is also up for rental. 24 hour access and self park.
Convenient to the subway and a lot of new buildings are going up all around the area. I’m happy here but moving out of state.

Additional fees

Pets are welcome in this building. I also have a parking space in the basement that is available on a separate agreement. (24 hour self park). The landlord will let you start a fresh 12 month lease or you can do the sublease for the 4 months and then start a 12 month if you like the apartment. I have a queen size bed, leather couch, coffee table and dining table I'm willing to sell or I can take them with me.
