Hi, we are subletting our studio (365 Bond, luxury building), Brooklyn.
You would take over our lease from mid October - mid November (we are flexible on the start date) to April 16th.

• Apartment has inner yard windows (north).
• There's an AC, washing machine and a dryer.
• You only have to pay for electricity and internet as water and gas are already included in the rent price.
• Building is pet friendly.
• It also has a gym, lounge, game room (darts, pool, table tennis), kids playroom and a BBQ and chill zone on rooftop. However, these extras have an additional monthly price. There are also various events couple times a week for tenants at no cost, such as: wine tasting, cocktails, bbq parties, yogas, etc.

• Really nice neighborhood, a lot of good restaurants all around. 5 minute walk to Whole Foods market, but there are cheaper places also.
• 8 minutes to F/G laie. 15 minutes to D/N/R/W lie.
• 30 min to Prospect Park.

Credit score of 650 is needed. Guarantors and similar 3rd parties are accepted. You must be approved through the building. 40X the rent required.

Rent: $2,846.69 / month, Security deposit: $1000.
Gym, lounge, roof, etc. access (optional): $75 / month

We would consider leaving all of our possessions for $500, which includes: - pc table with a chair - dinning table with 2 chairs - queen size bed - couple of cabinets - utensils.
