The apartment is located on the East River in Manhattan. There are beautiful views from the apartment. We have a grocery store, spa, and laundry room on site. There is a jogging path along the East River. The building has an elevator and doorman!
My name is Jason and work at a local hospital. Currently there are three other roommates who plan to move when the lease ends in November 2022. I am planning to stay on for another 12 months and will be looking for 3 roommates. Rent varies by room. Bedroom 1- 1,888/month, Bedroom 2 - 1802/month, Bedroom 3- 1580/month.
You will also be responsible for 1/4 of Utilities (electric - varies by month, home internet~18 pp, and renters insurance ~15-16/mo) and take turns purchasing shared home items (for example - toilet paper, paper towels, bathroom hand soap, garbage bags, dish washing soap, cleaning products, ect)
