We enjoyed staying with Silver tower, but since the unit is too small for us plus a dog, we have to subleasing. Below is some basic information about the unit and the building:

Location: 42nd St & 11 Aves
Duration: Dec 2022 to Aug 2023. The lease can be renewed after the current finishes
Amenities: Gym, swimming pool, business centers (with free printing), roof top docks, indoor full basketball court, outdoor tennis court, among others
Neighborhood: 5~10 walking to Hudson Yards and Hell's Kitchen. The building provides free shuttle bus through the entire 42nd Street. There are plenty of supermarkets, grocery stories, coffee shops, restaurants, clubs, etc.
Currently the lowest rent for the studio in building is 4.3k. We got our unit through Covid so the rent we post is $3,299 OBO.
