We have an amazing 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment - we've lived here for about 4 years & love the apartment, neighborhood, neighbors, & building management - however we're expecting a baby & can't fit with ourselves + cat + dog + a new baby.

We have 24/7 doormen, nice rooftop with great views of downtown Manhattan, a walk-in closet, a patio, hardwood floors, dishwasher, both our bedroom & family room have amazing views of fidi with lots of windows/sunlight, & a separate kitchen. There's also a lovely dog park right behind our building which makes having a dog here really easy.

Our building is a quick walk to the 1, R/W, 4/5 trains, and the PATH train, & the J/Z is about a 10 minute walk. We're close to Brookfield Place, Battery Park / the running path along the Hudson River, & World Trade Center/the Oculus.

We're super flexible on when this spring we move out - just need to ensure we get a 2-bedroom apartment a couple weeks before the baby is due (June 8). Please feel free to inquire & we'd be happy to give a facetime tour, in-person tour, whatever works. Thanks! - Chris & Lauren in 26J
