Looking for a new roommate in 3 bed apartment with 2 young female professionals starting January 1 in Upper West Side near W 100th and Broadway! Looking for a roommate in our great apartment as our old roommate is moving from the city. We have an in-unit dishwasher, laundry in the building, elevator + doorman, and are 5-10 min walking distance from Trader Joe’s, Target, and Whole Foods!

We are looking for someone to take over the lease in a room (unfurnished or can leave some furniture) from Jan 1, 2023 - June 15 with option to renew. Our building has a doorman, elevator, and laundry rooms on several floors. The apartment location is a 1-2 min walk away from the subway station and 5-10 min away from grocery stores. The neighborhood is quiet+safe. The room can fit a queen sized bed and a small desk, and you’d have your own closet. We have a very spacious kitchen (with dishwasher and new appliances) and a real living room. The unit is 3 bed, 1.5 bath, so you’ll only need to share a bathroom with one other roommate. The rent would be $2,000/month + internet/electricity (~$60). No broker’s fee.

We are looking for a female young professional, who is clean, does not smoke, and does not have pets (we are both non smokers, non drug users, and do not have pets). My roommate and I are both clean, have lived very well together, and not huge partiers or party hosts, and we’d like someone who also wants to keep the apartment quiet and chill. We’d love to be friends and explore NYC/hang out together, but can also just be great roommates and look out for each other.
