Property Details

Charming and spacious, true 2BR apartment with tons of natural light in pre-war building. Elevator and laundry in building. Dishwasher in unit. Lots of closets-- one in the smaller bedroom and two closets in the larger bedroom. There are also two other large closets in the hallway area.

Our lease ends 6/30/23 so looking for someone to take over the lease until then, at which point management would offer the option for the new tenant to sign a fresh 12-month lease.

Close to new Trader Joe's, lots of dining and very close to Q and 6 train lines as well as the M15 and M66 bus stops. Right around the corner from St. Catherine's park, and very child friendly building. We have lived in several apartments in NYC and this has by far been our favorite, we are sad to have to leave!

Additional fees

Standard credit check fee would be applicable.

Other info

Cats and small dogs OK with building management permission, larger dogs would need clarification with building management.
