Wi-fi and utilities included. You will have the spacious bedroom (shown) fully to yourself, and we will share the living room and kitchen spaces when I am around.

I'm a low key, mid 30s woman that likes to cook at home but also stay busy with being out and about. When at home, I like to relax and do quiet time after 11pm. This is my apartment so looking for a share that respects the space! I travel a lot for work so will seldom be in the apartment, but will pass through for a couple days at a time, mostly to change out clothing.
