Avalon Riverview unit in Hunter's Point - only a few minutes (2 or 3) walk from Gantry Plaza State Park and a beautiful view of the NYC sklyine across the East River.
We've enjoyed our stay - but we're having our first child and need a place with a bit more space. You'll love it here! The apartment is clean, well managed (front door concierge is prompt and friendly), and allows pets for a small fee. Building access is secured 24/7 and parking is available via on-site garage. In-unit washer, dryer, and dishwasher.
Close to groceries and a 7 minute walk to the Vernon Blvd. 7 train. You can also catch the ferry for a 5 minute hop over to Manhattan. We moved here for the convenience, safety, and the flexible floor-plan (fits our oversized couch and dining table).
