My apartment at Hub Brooklyn is a large one bedroom facing south with washer/dryer in unit. The building has amazing amenities and lovely staff. It is an incredibly safe building and pet friendly.
The unit is on the 46th floor with floor to ceilings windows in both the bedroom and living room overlooking the Brooklyn Bridge and into Manhattan. The natural light is stunning and views are incredible. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is newly renovated. The ample amount of closet space is unbeatable as well.
I have been living in this apartment for a little over a year and have loved every second of it. I have to break my lease due to job relocation and would ideally have someone moving in March 1st.
I also have been paying the same rate of $4000/mo the entire time I've lived in the building and management has no intention of raising the rent.
