This perfectly adorable, under-market apartment is a classic Greenpoint townhouse. The unit is a railroad-style apartment with four rooms, ideal for two people sharing a bedroom. It's also possible to make the smaller room the bedroom, or even a second bedroom, since the first has a separate entrance out to the hallway.

The unit is the top of three in the building, and there is a lovely shared and furnished backyard / garden. Its located in a lovely residential neighborhood, five minutes from the Nassau G stop with plenty of parks, restaurants, coffee shops, schools, and street parking around. Up to two cats are welcome in the apartment, but no dogs.

The Kitchen - set at the back of the apartment with two windows overlooking the backyard, the kitchen is HUGE, gets lots of light, and is lovely to cook in. The appliances are standard. I even had enough room to place a desk and work from home here.

The Foyer / Dining Room - the room you first walk into can be used for a variety of functions. It could be a dining room, living room, or office space. It's attached to:

The Bathroom - full bath with a stand-up shower.

The Living Room / Bedroom 2 - the smallest room in the apartment adjoined to the the Foyer with glass french doors and containing a large closet. Could be used as a cozy living room, bedroom, second bedroom, or office space. Though there are no windows, the room receives sunlight from the rest of the apartment.

The Bedroom - a huge, beautiful bedroom with bay windows. could easily hold a King-sized bed. two large closets, and enough room to include a work station. This room could also be used as a large living room if you preferred a cozier smaller bedroom. Includes a door out to the hallway, so you could go straight into the foyer/kitchen/bathroom area without passing through the living room / bedroom 2 if needed.

The Backyard - the backyard is accessible to all three units through the basement. It has some tables, chairs and benches, and definitely enough room to garden if you like. We even hosted a drag show there once with consent from our neighbors!
