Property Details

The building allows 3 people to live in the apartment on the lease. It is a large 1-bedroom apartment in a luxury building. The building has an outdoor pool (4 feet), a gym and a bike exercise room, large lounge with two kitchens, sofa's, bar area and a golf simulator, sauna, courtyard with a garden with fresh vegetables to pick, hammocks, dog run, outdoor fire place, outdoor television, amazon lockers, mail room, security guard, indoor parking (we will pay 3 months of the parking fee for you as a thank you) and an on site maintenance team. The apartment is a large 1-bedroom which held our king size bed plus has tons of walking space in after the bed fit. The bedroom gets great sunlight. The bathroom has a double sink, large mirror over the double sinks, drawers and cabinets built in to the sink, a stand up shower and access to the large walk-in closet. There is a washing machine and dryer in the apartment. There is a linen closet and also a coat closet. The living room is large as well and currently holds a large sofa, mounted television, and computer area. The kitchen is open concept but with an island where the sink and dish washer is. The appliances are all brand new stainless steel. There is a pantry in the kitchen and a lot of cabinets. The ceilings are extremely high and the apartment gets really great sunlight. You will be able to control the temperature with the building app on the phone. The neighborhood has a lot of restaurants and shops. The building is literally a 3-minute walk to the NJ Transit and about a 25-minute ride into manhattan penn station. Yes, pets are allowed (dogs and cats of certain breeds).
