It's hard to part with our beautiful 2bd/2ba corner unit in Long Island City's Hunter's Point South neighborhood. The apartment and building are nearly brand-new, opened around a year ago and now we're looking for someone to take it over as we are leaving the city.

The apartment has expansive and unobstructed views of the Manhattan skyline and East River as well as extra-tall 14ft ceilings (11ft in hallways) which make the unit feel more spacious than it already is. The unit is well appointed with new appliances, a gas range, washer/dryer in unit, and individually-controllable heat/AC systems in each room.

The building has many amenities such as 24-hour concierge, a huge gym with tons of equipment, supervised package room, outdoor BBQ patio, two roof decks, community lounge, co-working space, bike storage, shuttle to the nearby 7 train, and more. The building is extremely pet-friendly with lots of dogs and Hunter's Point South park is directly outside with two dog runs and lots of green space for your pet.

Our year here has been extremely enjoyable with no upsets or concerns to report. The building management is friendly and helpful and any maintenance issues are promptly rectified. The front-desk concierges are incredible and routinely go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of.

Incentives

We will give the new tenant a $5,710 credit (via cashier's check) after signing the new lease before 6/1, with a move-in date around 6/30. With a 6/30 move-in date (9 month lease), that brings the net rent to $5,715.

Additional fees

Application fee to the management company is a non-refundable $20 per applicant.
