There is actually a tonne to love about this place. It’s almost nauseating. This large courtyard facing one bedroom has been the perfect little oasis from crazy New York out there. It comes with washer/dryer, dishwasher, heating/air conditioning units, a walk in robe, bath/shower and loads of storage (even in the bathroom, whaaaaat!). It gets plenty of gorgeous morning sunlight, which you can black out completely with the blockout blinds and curtains in the bedroom should you be nursing a martini fuelled hangover (been there far too regularly).

But this apartment does come with baggage… if by baggage, you mean excellent amenities! Work off the devilled eggs from TOP NOTCH SURROUNDING BARS AND RESTAURANTS right on your block at our FULL GYM, then take the ELEVATOR back up to the apartment if you’re sore from leg day.
