Beautiful studio apartment on high floor (26th) with huge window, excellent natural light and superb views out to the East river. The unit is large and spacious and comes with a dishwasher, microwave and oven and is in a luxury building - 45 Wall St - which has concierge service (the nicest doorman and maintenance staff), gym, outdoor patio, elevator, bike storage, laundry room, basketball court, game room amongst other facilities. I have lived here for 3.5 years and can confidently say this is one of the best buildings to live in all of Manhattan, and the unit itself is amazing given it's location right at the centre of the 26th floor, allowing the best views and easy access to elevator lobby. The monthly rent ($3,377$) is well below market for comparable units because of the fact that it was rented in the January off-cycle period. Available Sep 7 for lease assignment upto January 31, 2024, with an option to extend beyond. The unit can be rented in either furnished or unfurnished state (furniture available for purchase). The reason I'm leaving the apartment is because I'm relocating out of New York City.
