Luxury building built in 2006, it is on the Jersey City waterfront with views of lower Manhattan. It is a 5 minute walk to the Exchange Place PATH station and a 5 minute train ride to World Trade Center. You can be in the FiDi in 10 minutes. There is also a ferry terminal 3-5 minute walk from the building. The NJ Lightrail also stops at Exchange Place providing easy access other places in NJ. There is a riverfront boardwalk that runs all the way from this building up to Weehawken and beyond, perfect for scenic walks or runs. Many apartment (including the one listed here) have been renovated in the last year. There is a gym, yoga room, pool and hot tub, pool deck, outdoor green space with trees, dog run, grills, fire pit, tables chairs and benches on the 11th floor. There is a golf simulator, laundry room (in addition to washer dryer in unit), several shared working spaces, parking garage at the base of the building, grocery store, bar, and cafe all on the ground floor of the building. It is a block away from plenty of fast casual dining spots (sweetgreen, chipotle, cava, five guys) as well as bars and restaurants. Grove St in Jersey City is a 10-12 minute walk away with even more bars and restaurants. There is a high end gym called Base NJ a 10 minute walk from the gym with everything you could need for fitness. The area is very walkable and very easy access to Manhattan.

Additional fees

Landlord requires new tenant to fill out a lease application and pass all the income requirements. Last 3 pay stubs, an offer letter, or W2 are required for income verification. There is an application fee but I cannot remember the exact amount, I will come back and update this part.

Other info

The apartment is fully furnished other than a TV which I will be taking with me. The room that is available will need the new tenant to furnish it themselves.
