Our expansive 5,000 square foot space features soaring 20-foot ceilings and encompasses the entire top fourth floor of a 1920s leather factory warehouse. Crafted over a quarter-century by numerous artists, it radiates a distinctive atmosphere of human expression, freedom, and community.

Acknowledged as one of Brooklyn's top 10 short-term listings on many OTA’s, we present 10 individual rooms, each representing a private apartment, while sharing an expansive communal kitchen, a spacious living room, and workshops, including a woodshop, art studio, and a secret mural lounge area. We warmly welcome short-term guests, offering both weekly and daily rates for your convenience. Our inviting and respectful atmosphere looks forward to your visit.

The room you’ll be renting is the former music room, once graced by legendary bands for recordings and jam sessions. Today, it has been transformed into a cozy retreat within The Dog House, complete with a full-size bed and also a twin bed. The room retains its musical soul, featuring instruments like a piano, organ, and drum kit. While we are all available for interaction, your privacy in your room is paramount; each room offers complete seclusion.
