I've recently been granted the opportunity to work remotely full-time with my company, and I'm excited to fulfill a long-standing craving - a winter road trip around the US!

Our spacious three-bedroom, one-bath apartment occupies the top two floors of a modern duplex building in Williamsburg. As the original leaseholder, I've called this place home for over four years, filling it with my personal touch through furniture and decor. My two male roommates are clean and respectful, and we keep a nice place because of that. The roomies have been part of this apartment for two and three years respectively, and we all have tech-related jobs but enjoy a good mix of social while keeping the apartment largely very chill. One of my roommates is a cooking enthusiast, guaranteeing you'll have the chance to try new dishes he loves sharing with everyone!

The available room is the largest in the apartment (12x13 ft), complete with floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light. The room features a built-in AC/Heat unit, and a small juliet balcony and door to get tons of air flowing. A big highlight of the apartment is the huge (22'x15') upstairs balcony. We've transformed it into a cozy outdoor space with an electric grill, standing propane heater, and furniture we bought new this summer. Your room also has a generously-sized double door closet. In terms of furnishings that can stay (or not on your preference), I've equipped it with two bookshelves, lamps, shoe rack, bed, comfortable office chair, and a standing desk.

The second floor living room offers plenty of space, with a communal TV equipped with all of the major streaming services, sound bar, and wifi casting of music (which also can go to the bathroom, living room and balcony) There’s a lot of seating and a dining table, and again floor-to-ceiling windows with a bunch houseplants that brighten up the space.

Sublet Duration: Our lease goes to August 2024, and because this really is a gem of a spot, one roommate has already expressed interest in re-signing for another year. The timing for move in is flexible; I'm considering hitting the road before Thanksgiving. I'm prepared to have the room ready for you around November 15, but also good with Dec 1st.
