Property Details

Hello! I'm subletting my sun-drenched loft-like soho alcove studio a few months while I'll be traveling during the winter. It's 3 blocks from the West Village, 1 block from Tribeca, and 1 block from Soho. The building is brand new and has all the amenities (gym, rooftop, library, shared co-working space) and the nicest, most helpful staff.

My apartment is on the 8th floor and I have a wall of windows facing east. The view is rooftop city skyline and I am so happy to have it (been in a lot of places that just look at a wall). The unit is fully furnished and is fully stocked with anything you'd need from linens to cleaning supplies to appliances and dishes etc. I work from home so I have a desk and monitor set up you can use if you'd like. I have a dishwasher, garbage disposal, and in unit washer and dryer. There's a heating and cooling uint built into the wall so you can set the temperature however you'd like.

The building is new and I have never had a better insulated / quieter space. Windows let light in but keep out cold and noise. Have yet to hear my neighbors doing anything or complain about me playing music etc. That said this is my home so please be respectful and nice to my neighbors. There are rules in the building about not being too loud or disturbing others.

I'm flexible on move-in and out dates but the minimum term is 1 month. I will give preference for someone who can stay for multiple months.

Additional fees

I can legally sublet the apartment so I'd prefer to do that. You'd have to pass a credit check and fill out an application with the building. It's all standard stuff.
