Looking for someone to take over my lease at 170 Amsterdam Ave until May 2, 2018 with the option to renew at that time. I LOVE living here but unfortunately just found out I have to move for work. I have a great relationship with management, and was given a discounted rate this year to stay. You will take over at this rate (less than you could get a new studio here for). This will be an assign of the lease to you, not a sublet.

Apartment has floor to ceiling windows, hardwood floors, granite counters, soft close cabinets, stainless, washer/dryer, walk in closet, very quiet (back side of building).
Building has full time doorman, big gym, rooftop with TV, music room with piano, pet spa, virtual golf, etc.
Living here has been amazing but unfortunately have to move.
