I have enjoyed living here, but I am moving into a new apartment with my partner so I am looking for someone to take over my studio apartment for the remainder of my lease (January 22, 2024 - February 29, 2024). Move in date can be slightly flexible. The building will give you the option to sign a new lease after my lease term is over (and would potentially allow you to proactively sign a brand new 13 month lease at the start of this process if desired).

It is a full amenities doorman building. The cost of the amenities is $30 and is included in the listed price as it is a mandatory fee. The gym in the building is huge, and there is also a recreational area next to the gym with a pool table and spaces for people to work.

Doormen receive and hold all packages.

There is a laundry room on every floor, and it is just a few steps away from my unit.

The unit feels new, and all the appliances in the kitchen (stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher) are stainless steel. There are 4 large closets in the space - two closets are across from the bathroom door, and the other two are in the main hallway.

The unit has great windows and gets good light.

The building is steps away from the 1, N/Q/R, and 4/5 trains. It is also a short walk to the PATH and the Fulton Street subway stop, which has additional subway lines.

The couch and coffee table are available for sale, price upon request. I am planning on taking the rest of the furniture with me, but am open to hearing offers if there is something else you are interested in purchasing in the unit.
