-The building only has 2 units per floor, so this is half the building and quite spacious

-King sized bedroom facing out on Tompkins sq park
-No laundry in building, but there is a laundromat right on the block!
-Surprisingly quiet apt for how lively the area is
-Unfurnished, but willing to sell you some of our furniture if you’d like

Neighborhood:
-close to L at 1st ave and NQRW at 8th st NYU
-Trader Joes and Target on 14th, Key Food 2 blocks south
-every block in the east village has amazing restaurants and coffee shops. seriously.
-great nightlife if that’s your thing too

Available: 1/6 to 9/30/24 (~9 months)
-Looking for someone to stay this entire duration, so please only reach out if that works for you!
-Flexible start date as we are away for New Year's

Rent: $3,500/mo or discounted per month if you are willing to pay the remainder of the 15% broker fee we paid upfront.
