looking for either ONE PERSON to sublet a great room in a fantastic 950 sq ft 2-bedroom in an awesome lux apartment building downtown on the border of Tribeca and Civic Center // or // TWO PEOPLE to take over the entire apartment beginning ASAP through June 30, 2018.

In short, one of us is pursuing a job opportunity elsewhere and the remaining roommate is open to either taking on someone new or moving out entirely.

RENT is $2500 for the SINGLE ROOM or $5300 for the ENTIRE APARTMENT (we currently split 2500-2800 based on the awesomeness of the master suite). This is an official sublet recognized by the building so a credit check will be required for each sublet. A bonus is that if you end up enjoying the place, and you will, you'll essentially have first right of refusal to renew the lease on June 30.

If 2 people take the apartment, the master suite is fantastic. Double exposure facing east and south, and a private bathroom boasting an oversize window. Two big closets.
