Looking for someone to take over the lease of my quiet Midtown studio. My lease ends July 31st but you can renew with the building. I’m moving out of the city with my partner otherwise I’d never leave this beautiful corner apartment. The space is huge with tons of natural light from oversized (south and west facing) windows. There’s a beautiful old cathedral directly outside the Western facing windows which makes for an incredible view. There are also south facing windows. The kitchen is completely separate from the main living space and there’s a TON of closet space.

This is, hands-down, the best building I’ve lived in since moving to NY. The staff is incredibly helpful, there’s laundry in the building, free access to a gym, a live-in super (the supers are really nice), package room and 24/7 doorman building with elevators. This building is located right off Park Ave and only a few blocks away from Grand Central. 

Security deposit: 1 month rent. I’m moving in with my partner hence the lease takeover. Very sad to see this unit go! It’s massive for a studio space, and the neighborhood is amazing! Happy to show you the apartment in person.
