I can try my best to answer questions upon request. The apartment will be unfurnished but I can put you in touch with a monthly furniture rental Company if needed. Also - The building will likely make you an offer on a new lease starting May 1 and the new rate will very likely be similar to the current rate for the assignment of $4832 (based on the renewal offer they made to me before I had to move out of state). Lastly, while you will have to pay $4,832 to the landlord during the assignment period, I am happy to discuss kickbacks to pay you directly to lower the overall cost through the assignment period (until April 30th).
