West 177th Street, it's a 5th floor walkup. Heat and gas are included, electric bill comes to around 60-70 a month. Laundry one block away, pretty quiet building especially the 5th floor.

I have had professional pest treatment and I haven't seen a cockroach in months.

Application is through official management site. Will need the usual good credit and 40x income or can use guarantor.

I do not believe you will have to pay a fee but there may be a security deposit. There is an option to renew the lease in September.

I have a lightly used queen bed and bedframe that I will sell for very cheap.

The couch, dining table, and desk are old but I am willing to keep it there for the next tenant.
Bookshelf and dressers are very new and am willing to leave for tenant.

I will also be moving out earlier, so you have a few extra days before Feburary to move in.

$20 application fee (per person) and provide source of income, tax returns, legal ID, bank statements and any other relevant information.
