Additional fees

Rent must be paid by 1st of each month. Leasing office will begin the Stonehenge application process with new tenant. Security stays on file with an assignment and the incoming tenant would need to reimburse current tenant for the security deposit ($4700) and lease assignment cost ($250). The lease will be fully signed over to the new resident.
