Wonderful building with lots of friendly people and amenities close by. Right on the edge of Riverside park with easy access to Broadway Street. Apartment comes mostly furnished if you choose, or can be empty upon request. Large master bedroom with double French doors that open in to the living area and kitchen. Small bedroom is right down the hall and has a large closet with overhead storage. Bathroom was renovated 3 years ago and is kept in good shape. Full size shower/bath combo. Full size closet in master bedroom, full size closet at end of hallway as well. Furnishings include a full bed with frame, desk in master bedroom, IKEA gray couch, kitchen island with storage, shoe storage and many other small things that can stay or go, whichever sublet chooses. No pets allowed in building.. although many of the tenants have pets. This is not a gray area on lease agreement but is a gray area in real life. No laundry in building but laundromat is very close. The goal for this rental is to find a sublet that will eventually take over the lease (ending August 31st 2024). Sublet will have first pick of apartment and the rent will not change price when switching over. My partner is leaving April 8th 2024 and I am leaving as soon as possible after that date. Need someone ASAP! All furniture in photos can stay with apartment for a very small price that is negotiable, or can be moved out before sublet begins.
