The apartment is available beginning April 1, but can be flexible on start date. The current lease ends June 30, 2024, and the subleaser will have the opportunity to sign a new 12-month lease! We are currently paying $6,500 and love the building and the unit.

1) We are willing to part with several of the furniture items currently in the unit (couch, kitchen table, living room chairs, dresser, and large armoire)

2) For any additional furniture, or if you don't want to use the existing furniture, we can put you in touch with a furniture rental company that will furnish the unit for a reasonable price.
