From June 1, 2024 onward, I hope to transfer my lease of this 673 sqf, 1-bedroom apartment with a great layout in Plank Road, a luxury rental building located in downtown Brooklyn. Sun drenched, floor to ceiling windows in the living room give you unobstructed views of Prospect Heights and Park Slope. My photos don't do justice to the apartment, but I'm happy to help with virtual or in-person tours. The building is one block away from Barclays Center and 2, 3, 4, 5, B, D, N, Q, R trains, and a 7-minute walk to C and G trains. It was built in 2021, so you will get to enjoy nice finishes in the kitchen with an island, bathroom/shower, in-unit Bosch washer/drier, dishwasher, and ample closet space. There is a very modern gym, a deck pool, other amenities, and shared spaces. I happily lived in the apartment for 11 months. You will have to directly apply for a new 12-month lease with the Plank Road Management, paying their usual application fee. They will also do a deep-cleaning for the new tenant. With a summer move-in and today's market rate, $4125 is really an amazing deal. There are smaller units in the building going for the same rate. Summer 2024 1-bedroom market rate for luxury rentals is $4.5k~ in the neighborhood. Lastly, the rent, the security deposit and the application process are not negotiable.
