Additional fees

Once qualified, you must submit an application through the building management company's verification process for a fee of $20 (refundable upon approval). Two most recent pay stubs and most recent bank statement must be submitted with application. One month's rent due at signing of the assignment documents via Docusign. One month security deposit required upon signing with the building.
