We love this apartment so much, but we are moving to DC (got a great job offer). Looking for someone to transfer our lease to.
August 15 move-in (flexible), lease ends July 20, at which point you can choose to renew or not. Our lease includes 2 more months free in concessions that have yet to trigger (August and January), so the net rent is $3700 (base is $4445).
6 minute walk (we timed it haha) to the train station.
Very spacious living room and bedrooms. Brand new building with great management. Parking garage attached (you'll have to pay a monthly fee for a car). EV charging available. Pets are welcome with an additional fee.
Amenities floor has a gym, spa, pool, patio, grills, lounge space, some other fun things. The building also offers Tesla rentals by the hour if that's your jam.
The building does have a minimum income requirement (must be I believe 3x the base monthly rent). So if that is not the case, unfortunately the lease transfer will not be possible.
