Lovely sun-drenched, two bed room apartment with a gorgeous west-facing view of Queensboro Bridge and Manhattan!

This is a 14 MONTH LEASE altogether. Please do not inquire or message me if you cannot stay in the apartment through at least October 31, 2025. I cannot be flexible and provide earlier termination as this is a requirement of my landlord.

Rent will be:
2 months (9/1/24-10/31/24): $5,262.21 per month

You must also renew for either:
12 months (11/1/24-10/31/25): $5,406.92 per month
24 months (11/1/24-10/31/26): $5,538.48 per month
