Beautiful, brand-new amenity building! Great building, great unit, great staff! Can’t say better things about this complex. Everything is extremely well-maintained. Service requests are always handled immediately. In Prospect Heights, it’s extremely close to Park Slope, Fort Greene, Clinton Hill, and Boerum Hill. It is just a short walk to Prospect Park, Barclays, and all of the subway lines there- 2, 3, 4, 5, D, N, R, W, B, Q, and LIRR.
