This is a beautiful two bedroom in Noho. It is the penthouse and has tons of light. It has a big terrace and a working fireplace. The only reason we are leaving is that we are having a baby in November and need a bigger place. Our lease expires October 31, so you would take over the lease until then and sign an extension with the landlord. We have already talked to them about this.
The building is on the corner of Houston and Elizabeth. It is pet friendly, has a gym, a garden, and a laundry room. We love the location. We could negotiate leaving in the bed, the couch, and outdoor table and chairs or emptying the apartment completely.
Ideally we would move at the end of August but if you need it sooner, we can talk!
