We are looking for someone to take over our lease through the end of April 2025. This is a corner apartment with views of Park Slope and the Statue of Liberty and lots of natural light during the day. The location is extremely convenient - you don't need to cross the road to get to the main subway hub under Atlantic Ave Barclays Center (and we're in between downtown Bklyn / Fort Greene / Park Slope).

Listed monthly rate is for rent only - utilities are separate (gas and electricity is billed directly from the landlord on a monthly basis, and you have to get your own Internet package). Security deposit is one month of rent, and we're happy to work out something separately if you'd like to buy furnishings from us.
